Lily & Luke

I must say that this is one of the many reasons I LOVE LOVE LOVE to photograph children. I just love to catch them being natural, well being who they really are! This past Saturday I meet with Polly and Ronnie. I have to say, it was a trip, we laughed, cried, pouted, pitched a fit, and almost ever other emotion you can think of. Times like this just remind me that my kids are really being kids, sometimes I think that they get tired of the camera being in their face! But at least we didn't break another arm! Lily just recently got her cast removed, because she, being the tom boy that she is, had a small accident. She keep on reminding her Momma everytime she jumped out of the swing that she wouldn't break her arm again....LOL!Here are just a few of my favorites! Remember and leave some love below for these adorable lil' ones!

Ashley & Andrew

So I received an email from Ashley telling me that she and her hubby wanted some pictures done. They wanted some old buildings, a barn and RxR tracks as backdrops. So we decided on downtown Harriman, my grandmothers farm and Riverfront Park. There are so many great spot in downtown Harriman, I could have shot all day long, well we almost did...hehe. So last Saturday if you seen some crazy people on the rooftops in Harriman, it was Ashley and Andrew and Craig somewhere behind them, then Shara and I on the ground somewhere. I had so much fun with this couple! Sorry guys, I almost had them stand in some poison ivy down at Riverfront Park, thanks Craig for catchin' that one! Hope you enjoy and leave some love for my awesome clients!

Funny story that I just have to share. My wonderful assistant and husband came out to help me, and did a wonderful job. About an hour into the shoot, I was climbing under the barb wire fence while it was holding it up for me and this is what I realized:

Yes! He is wearing two different tennis shoes! LOL!!!! He was embarrassed but we were all laughing too hard to care. I had been at work all morning, a very busy morning, my Saturdays at the shop usually end at 12, at the latest, but I didn't leave until 3:15 and still had to go home and get Craig and meet Ashley and Andrew at 4. So he was having a hectic morning and was running late. So he was trying to get the boys and himself dressed in a hurry, so he just picked up what he thought was a pair of shoes, well of course it wasn't a matching pair! Another reason why I love him so much!

Hunter

Just look at those big blue eyes.

I headed out to Hunter's Mamaw and Papaw's farm last Wednesday to meet up with Jennifer and Hunter. I meet Jennifer a few years ago when we both started working at Baptist West, Hunter was actually born about 9 months after Riley, I remember the day that she came to see me in the hospital when I had Riley, I ask her if she wanted to hold him and she told me no because it would make her want one, well guess what, Hunter was already in the oven!

I loved every minute of this shoot. Hunter is such a handsome lil man, he loves the tractor, which he drove for me.....dirt, jumping, running and all those typical boy things. Jennifer told me that she didn't know exactly how he would act, but he done wonderful, I just followed him around, you have to remember I have 2 toddler at home, I just run right behind them. There was a few times that I got dirty looks and when I first arrived he got a little fussy but I just backed off and he went on his way.

I have been so busy that I was hoping that I would have finished these for Jennifer by the weekend, but our weekend turned out to be rather eventful. Then work at the salon is SO crazy, so today when Hayden was having his surgery I was sitting in the lobby working on his pics. I bet those other parents wondered if I was crazy, cause I keep on laughing out loud. Craig just ignored me like usual...LOL. I hope you enjoy these as much as I have1

I just laugh my rear off everytime I see this pics....the normal toddle pose!

He has this man wrapped!
